Small Business DSL vs. Business Class DSL
The difference between Small Business and Business Class is the performance guarantee from the telephone service provider. A Business Class account is guaranteed the speed for which you pay, and a Small Business package gets "up to" the speed you pay for.

Example A:
A business has the 768k x 512k Business Class package, and they are guaranteed those minimum speeds all of the time.

Example B:
A business has the 1536k x 256k Small Business package, and they have speeds up to 1536k (depends on line quality from the business location to the local telco office). The telco will not perform line conditioning as part of the service.
